One phone. Whole table.

How it works

01

Pass the phone

Each player privately reveals a card: the secret word, a hint, or nothing at all.

02

Pick the opener

Once every card is seen, the app draws who has to speak first.

03

Talk and bluff

Give a clue without giving the word away — unless you are faking it.

04

Vote

Vote aloud or pass the phone for a secret ballot. Catch the impostor to win.

FAQ

Do I need internet?

No. A game runs entirely offline, so a table, one phone and your best poker face are enough.

How many phones do we need?

One. Pass it around so every player can privately see their card.

Is it free?

Yes. The game is free and contains no ads. Classic, Food and more word packs are ready to play.

Can kids play?

The rules are simple, but the fun is in bluffing and discussion. Choose a word pack and group that feel right for your table.

What languages are available?

Impostor includes 18 languages, so you can set up the game for the people at the table.

Is there an iPhone version?

Yes. Impostor is available now on the App Store.
